Average trans guy with really bad mental health issues and even worse dysphoria. He had the bad habit of sometimes stealing stuff from the supermarket he worked at, until he was caught and put on trial one day. He thought that the worst that he could be sentenced for such a petty crime would be light public exposure, but instead, he was sentenced to 24hrs of public service, a punishment often only used for repeat offenders or more heinous crimes.

Amon not only cut off his clit at the end of his punishment, the man also left his contact number and said he would help him the kids that he'd be forced to carry. At the time, he thinks he'd rather die than to see such a cruel man again.

Even after he is released, Sol's life seem to be getting worse and worse. After he finally finds a new job, he keeps getting harassed by strangers, which soon lead to him being fired. Seemingly unable to find any other job and he seeing his medical bills quickly pile up (treating all the infections he got from that day along with pregnancy care got expensive real quick) he reconsiders his options.

He could try and sign up for being a volunteer at a breeding facility and make sure he would only ever get by, have his body used by the state and be separated from all his kids or having to put up with any torment that man may come up with, but having a change at raising his kids. He ends up picking in the latter, as it seemed like it had the chance to be a little less miserable.

Life with Amon turns out to be even worse than he had expected, but, surprisingly, he still thinks it ended up being a better alternative than essentially becoming state property. At least, with Amon, his kids had a very good life, completely unaware of the messed up situation one of their dads is in, and, although it doesn't make the constant sexual torture any less awful, eating good food instead of shitty state rations and getting a bunch of gifts made it a little more bearable.

Randomly saw Sol at when visiting a zoo when they were both around 10 and has become completely obsessed with him, stalking and recording everything he could of the man's life ever since. He, alone decided they were going to be married and raise a family together, wether Sol wanted or not. So, began his relentless stalking and plans to ruin the other man's life, cutting off any means of supporting himself and making sure could only ever depend on him.

Amon is extremely rich/influentional and used this to not only sabotage Sol's relationships and work opportunities, he was also the reason he got caught in the first place and why he got a way harsher sentence than he would otherwise have gotten.

After Sol's public service ends, he makes sure is unable to find a job in order (and fired from the single one he was managed to land), cornenring the other into actually calling him for help. With his main goal of having total control of Soleil achieved, he can now live his lifelong dream alongside the "love of his life".

He struggles with wanting desperatly to be loved by Sol while knowing that, due to his own actions, it's pretty much impossible. He tells himself he doesn't need to be loved, only to have control over the other, that as long as there's no way Sol can ever escape him, he doesn't care about how he feels. Torturing Soleil is a way for him to "get revenge" on him, in a way. But it also makes Amon feel guilty on some level, so he always spoils and pampers the other with gifts so he himself can feel better about it.

He doesn't care much about most people, but works very hard on pretending to. From a young age, he has learned to appear likeable and how to properly manipulate othes, so it's not exactly hard for him, just exhausting. You could say that Soleil is the only one that knows his "true self".

how public service punishment works

The punishment is always recorded and photographed by government workers and is permanently stored on a public database, easily findeable by googling the person's name (it's highlighted in searches!!). Also everyone who records it is encouraged to upload it to the designed page after the fact. There's different degrees of punishment, some are exposure-only, some are touch-only and others are pretty much free game.


Some notes on how it works, from start to finish:

BEFORE:
=>In this country, all of your social media must be linked to your full name. Trying to work your way around it will result in punishment if caught. The state has full access to it at all times and it's an important part in enacting punishment.
=>When you're sentenced to any sort of public humiliation, you'll be detained for at least a week before it starts. During this time, the government seizes all your social media, announces your punishment (alongside the location) with daily posts + countdowns and pins links to your punishment page on all your profiles. Also on the day of, it directly messages all your contacts and people who have ever interacted with your account in some way.
=>Once it starts, it's live streamed on the government official page and all your own social media.
=>If you are able to get pregnant and your punishment involves full contact, you are injected with ovulation inducing drugs and punishment will be delayed + you will remain detained until ovulation is confirmed.
=>If you are unable to get pregnant the state will fix that! They will even implant a fertile womb on you and surgically make way out of the baby if needed!
=>This society has a birth rate problem so bearing and delivering a child is part of "giving back to society" to atone for your mistakes (or something like that, it's porn logic).
=>It's rare the you would be able to keep the baby, most of the time it will to a "family of non-criminals". Usually that means rich people who wants to pretty much buy babies. If that doesn't happen, they might be raised by the state anyway.
=>If you're on meds that would harm a pregnancy, you'll stay detained until the effects of it are out of your body.
=>You are given meds to prevent diseases and infection that would harm the fetus. The way it works is that the disease will still affect you in full, but won't harm anything inside your uterus. This is only done in order to protect the fetus, not the punished, of course.

DURING:
=>People get paid if they stream a punishment and tag the punished on their own social media.
=>People also get paid if they upload to your page after the fact.
=>This is all to to encourage community to enforce the "hold the punished accountable".
=>In theory, people aren't allowed to cause permanent damage to the you on purpose. In practice, you can do anything to a punished if you pay the guards enough to look the other way.
=>If you protest to anything or you're deemed to be "non-compliant" and an extra hour is added to the punishment (for each complaint).
=>You're allowed to eat and drink if every 12 hours, but the punishment does not stop for that.
=>This means that usually, food and water given to you will likely be full of piss, cum and other bodily fluids. It's unlikely for the punishment to not be made to eat other disgusting things like bugs.

AFTER
=>Once it's over, you are detained once again, for at least one month. In that period, the government still is sending out announcements and links on your social media on a daily basis, to make sure anyone can watch the recordings.
=>You are only released after the full month has passed and a pregnancy is confirmed or, if there you somehow didn't end up pregnant, after 3 months (to make sure you really aren't pregnant)
=>If you don't end up pregnant, congratulations! They consider that god has spared you extra punishment and you're now free to go.
=>Diseases and infections contracted are considered part of the punishment. The government will only help with fetal health and making sure the punishment doesn't die, for anything else, you're on your own.
=>If you are pregnant and miscarry you must go through the punishment again, as it will be assumed you tried to get out of your punishment by having an abortion. Unless, of course, you can prove without a doubt it was accidental miscarriage (spoiler alert: no one has been able to, ever).
=>You can finally unpin the posts from social media! But not erase them.
=>The information that about your punishment is permanently added to your ID card (that you're required to use every day) and a checkmark is also added on your social media usernames.
=>It's illegal to lie about having been punished, and, if asked, you must provide the person asking your full legal name. If someone is having any trouble finding your punishment page, you must help them find it. If you're found violating this rule, you get another punishment equal to the one you were last sentenced to.
=>When giving birth to the punishment baby, you aren't allowed pain meds and all choices are made considering the health and well-being of the baby only, even if they're detrimental or liable to cause permanent damage to you.
=>If you're not allowed to keep the baby, you're mandated to spend 4 hours (four 1-hour slots) a day for the next two years in a milking facility.
=>The milk is tested and if anything harmful to babies is found in it (caffeine, alcohol, drugs in general, etc) you're punished again.

Yes this is an awful, fucked up place to live. That's the "appeal" I guess LOL.
